Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage – Canon Virginia’s plans help you pay the cost of doctor visits, hospital expenses, prescription drugs, and a variety of other medical services for you and your dependents. Canon Virginia has two medical plan options from which you can choose: Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) or Health Maintenance Organization (HMO).

Life Benefits - Canon provides basic life insurance coverage. You may elect additional coverage for yourself and your dependents.

Disability Benefits
– Disability benefits provide continuing income in the event you become unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or accident. The cost of this basic coverage is paid by the company. You may also purchase additional long-term disability coverage with long-term care provisions through payroll deduction.

401-K - The Vanguard Group is one of the country’s largest mutual fund companies and is considered a leader among service providers for employer-sponsored savings plans. Vanguard is the fund manager and record-keeper of Canon’s Employee Retirement and Savings Plan. Canon Virginia provides a designated match for employee contributions. Canon Virginia may make an annual discretionary profit sharing contributions to your retirement savings based on company sales and profitability as well as your eligible earnings throughout the year.

PTO, Holidays, and Paid Shutdowns - Canon Virginia has a Paid Time Off (PTO) program. PTO combines vacation, sick, and personal leave into one flexible leave program.

Education Assistance - Canon Virginia provides educational assistance for all approved professional development and collegiate coursework.

Flexible Spending Accounts - A Flexible Spending Account(FSA) allows you to direct a portion of your earnings into a special account that can be used throughout the year to reimburse certain out-of-pocket health and/or dependent care expenses. The funds you put towards your FSA are not taxed, saving you money. Canon Virginia offers two types of flexible spending accounts, Health Care and Dependent Care.

Employee Assistance Program - The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling and referral service that helps you and your family members successfully deal with work / life balance issues. EAP services are accessible through a toll-free phone number, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
