Do water lines stay connected to the dies?
The Shuttle Mold System has been uniquely designed in a way that cooling lines do not detach from the molds during transfer. For additional ease of use, regular water lines and couplers are used.
After installing the Shuttle Mold System, can I run the machine like a normal machine?
Yes. You can turn "off" the shuttling function and run it like a normal machine.
Can I use the Shuttle Mold System with an existing machine or mold?
Yes, with some modifications. Minor modifications would need to be made to the molding machine and mold. Limitations exists based on the range of molding machine size.
What is the maximum mold weight and machine size?
