Do water lines stay connected to the dies?
The Shuttle Mold System has been uniquely designed in a way that cooling lines do not detach from the molds during transfer. For additional ease of use, regular water lines and couplers are used.
The Shuttle Mold System from Canon Virginia, Inc. runs two molds on a single machine to make two different parts. This efficiency powerhouse supercharges your productivity, saves space and costs – and helps you create whatever you envision.
The Canon Shuttle Mold System transforms wasteful cooling time into production time. While one part is cooling another part is being made. Which equals less downtime, more output and virtually zero seconds wasted.
Since creating the Shuttle Mold System in 2014, we have used the technology to significantly increase the efficiency of Canon products.
Explore how it compares to the traditional single-mold method—and envision how it can transform your mold-making production.
