From our state-of-the art precision lens adjustment room to our factory repair and service, to our factory refurbished fixing units, camera boards, optics and other subassemblies, everything we do is directed to enhancing our customer’s experience with Canon products. Factory trained technicians work with speed and quality to return each product to original factory specifications.* Fast turnaround and complete customer satisfaction remain our goal.
Products are received daily at our facility and each one is thoroughly tested by factory trained technicians to determine condition. Full diagnostics are performed to pinpoint the problem. Once identified, the technician goes to work to perform the necessary repairs. Using only Canon parts, tools and equipment, the product is returned to full operational capabilities as specified by Canon.
Service replacement parts like copier and printer fixing units, and similar assemblies are rebuilt and returned to original factory specifications. Product upgrade services such as installation of firmware updates that add the latest operational functions to Canon’s digital products are provided as well.
